Excellent location (across the street from UVM, on the college st. shuttle route, walking distance from down town & 2 blocks from Champlain College.) Several rooms available, in various shapes and sizes. Several rooms were just fully renovated with new wood floors & freshly painted walls & new windows. other rooms have an old fashion look to them. (several rooms are slightly more expensive due to size and scenic view.)
All utilities (electric, heat & water) included, Single rooms, with a shared bathroom/shower per floor. (bathrooms and hallways are cleaned once a week - included). No central kitchen- tenants can set up their own kitchenette.
12 month lease required. All rooms are single occupancy, no animals allowed.
