The Proprietor (Owner)
We are a working farm and cooperative household. We have three single occupancy rooms that we rent to responsible working Vermonters needing a living situation where the details are taken care of. Members of the household have access to an equiped kitchen, laundry facilities and other common areas of the house. The household is a friendly social atmosphere, but since we are all busy professionals, we don't see a lot of each other. This is a good opportunity for someone looking for limited commitments and complication. We do not ask for a length of stay commitment, utilities and a local phone line are included. The household is furnished and the kitchen is equipped with appliances, pots pans, dishes and utensils. A person can move in with their personal effects and be comfortable for the term that suits them. Thanks for looking
