We care about our properties, our neighbors, and the communities we call home. All our properties are brought up to code soon after purchase. The Fire Marshall and Electrical Inspector are invited to each property at purchase to show us what is needed to bring each facility up to code.
We paint the exterior of every property. We wash ALL windows in all apartments. We landscape and do regular scheduled cleanups of the exterior. We care about our tenant’s happiness, safety, and comfort. We are responsive when they need us. We are respectful of their requests.
We are confident that our tenants appreciate the level of care and concern that we provide. Our goal is to provide conveniently located, spotlessly clean apartments for people to call home.
