GMTA is currently governed by a board of directors comprised of members representing the City of Montpelier, City of Barre, Town of Stowe, Lamoille Regional Planning Commission, the Mad River Valley Planning District, one member of the Regional Elderly and Disabled Program Advisory Committee and members appointed by the municipalities receiving and providing funding for public transportation services within the service area of Washington County and the three towns of Washington, Orange and Williamstown of Orange County.
